We understand that physicians, case managers, assisted living facility directors, and others who serve patient needs want to be able to rely on a trusted DME provider who serves their patients’ needs in a timely manner. We follow up with each patient before and after we provide a service, every time with no exceptions. We understand how helpless and alone they can feel, and we want to provide them with a positive and caring experience.
We take our duties very seriously and understand the important needs of each of our clients. It is this reason alone that we hire very selectively and spend more time training than most. We have a proactive approach to our service, and we have a detailed Performance Improvement Program in place that allows transparency throughout our entire organization. This program gives us tremendous insight into how we are performing and if any improvements are needed.
